The 'Dark Side'

This is the top of the 1st climb, YES! A climb on North Shore! which led onto...

This is a hard trail, with skinnies, drops & step-up's, not for the faint hearted (or people who don't wear a lid or armour)

This is a good bit, it's after the 'Dark Side' & 'Kona Drop'. There's a North Shore Hip to Rock landing after the pic.

Mabie

I went on holliday with Dawn last easter & we thought, "Why not do Mabie?", so, we did!

The trail is not too bad, but, if your not a fan of killer climbs, don't do it. However, ther is this amzingly good fun peice of North Shore style trails for the beginners.

This section is soooo much fun, I tried it a dozen times & cleaned it 4 times, not bad concidering how windy it was & this bit led onto....

Then it led onto.....

This looked fun, but, alas, I didn't do it, for shame!

But, then at the other side of the forrest, there's the 'Kona Dark Side' which (as the name suggests) was designed by the folks at 'Kona'.
